Hero on a Mission Coaching
You Only Get One Story. Are You Actually Writing It?
A 3-month, 1-on-1 coaching program to help you stop drifting and start living a story worth telling, built on Donald Miller's Hero on a Mission framework.
Start Your 3 MonthsDoes This Sound Familiar?
Most People Aren't Living a Bad Story. They're Living No Story at All.
You wake up, answer the emails, handle the crises, fall into bed, and do it again tomorrow. Nothing is technically wrong. But nothing is moving toward anything, either. No mission. No clear picture of the person you're becoming. Just momentum, carrying you further into a life you never quite chose.
And busyness feels like progress. It's easy to confuse a full calendar with a meaningful one. Most people don't see the difference until a milestone, a birthday, an anniversary, a funeral, and realize the years added up to a lot of activity and not much story.
You don't need another productivity hack. You need to know what story you're actually telling, and a way to build it, one deliberate scene at a time.
A Guide, Not a Course
Six Real Conversations, Built Around Your Actual Life.
You don't need someone to hand you a generic life plan off a shelf. You need a guide who will sit with your actual story, ask the questions that expose what's really going on, and help you build a plan you'll still believe in three months from now.
That's this coaching. Not a course you work through alone. Six one-on-one sessions with Ben, built around the Hero on a Mission framework and applied to your specific life.
What You Get Over 3 Months
6 one-on-one sessions, twice a month, one clear arc from where you are to where you're headed.
1. Diagnose Your Current Story
Name the deceptive narrative you've been living in, the quiet, false story (not enough time, not enough permission, this is just how it is) that's been steering your decisions without you noticing.
2. Write Your Mission Statement
Put words to what you're actually here to do. Not a vague aspiration, a real mission statement you can hold yourself to.
3. The Flash-Forward Exercise
Look at the end of your story before you keep living the middle of it. Define the legacy you actually want, then work backward to what has to change now.
4. Build Your Life Plan
Map the key domains of your life (relationships, health, work, faith, whatever matters most to you) into a plan you can act on instead of a list of good intentions.
5. Design Your Daily Docket
Build the daily rituals and habits that close the gap between the story you want and the life you're actually living day to day.
6. Defeat Your Internal Villain
Name the self-doubt narrative that will try to talk you out of the plan the moment coaching ends, and leave with a way to recognize it and push through it on your own.
Your Coach
I'm Ben Johnson, a certified Small Business Flight Plan coach.
I've spent years helping people build with clarity and purpose. I know firsthand what it's like to run hard for years without stopping to ask whether the story adds up, and I built this coaching to help you ask that question sooner than I did.
You're Going to Keep Living a Story Either Way.
The only question is whether you're the one writing it.
